It’s a good location for skincare and makeup many brand options , it’s can be confusing and overwhelming.English is widely used and some vendors are super helpful and even enlighten me on good skin care routine!Some very passive and snobby!Prices are reasonable compared to doing what I thought and other stores close byHopefully you will get a patient person to help😇

Assortment: high end department store. Best in the Netherlands but not as big as Harrods or Saks fifth Avenue. It requires to go to customer on the 3rd floor whereas in majority of shops the global blue slip is printed at the check out. 1/5

Wow. I can't remember the last time I've been to such a massive mall especially in Europe. Certainly reminds me of my days living back in Bangkok with their standard of mall sizes. Offers all the services and products you can seemingly imagine paired with a food court as well. Toilets were very clean when I was there and staff are aplenty and attentive.

First floor, women’s clothing: decent selection but what irked me was the fact that sales assistants are allocated to different brands, i.e. you can’t be helped by the same person if you are trying on different brands. Same goes for paying; it’s not possible to settle in one go. Separate brands, separate payments.

Lovely place looks so festive this time of year, it is a store for high-end though, but perfect for a little treat for yourself or someone else.

I have bought a belt in Tommy Hilfiger store, I asked the lady to take off the price tag and wrap it. Unfortunately, the lady didn't take off the price and I was very ashamed when I gave the gift with the price tag on... Incredibly unprofessional, absolutely never going to shop there.

The store is an upmarket facility with a wide variety of goods and luxury items.Very well laid out, one experiences a sense of luxury and yet reasonably affordable goods of all kinds.The staff are very friendly and helpful, speaking English and Dutch of course. Attentive but not obtrusive.Quality is very good as is the choice.Coffee shop and restaurant are as good as any one would find anywhere. The food is also very good.An excellent experience worth a visit anytime.

Personally had the worst customer experience in such a well-known department store. Store clerk was rudely unprofessional, clueless as if it was his first day training (if there's training at all), and above all lacked the most basic sense of customer relationship (literally just handed the item in bare condition, without saying a word). I personally think buying something of value consists not only of the item but also the whole experience of attaining it, unless you sell something worthless. If I were you spending some money for good purchase, I'd recommend going to a decent store where customer experience is solid and basic manners are understood.

Beautiful store, clean and many brandsBut I prefer to buy online. Why? Except Louis Vuitton and Gucci, if I ever tried to buy anything else, nobody wanted to help me, they didn’t talk to me, didn’t ask me if I need anything, some of them even didn’t want to respond when I tried to reach out, and one time after fitting I asked the lady where can I put it back, she looked at me, pointed her finger without saying a word. Been to the store many times but always ended up going home and order it online

The food was ready quickly and the quality was good. The staff are kind and helpful.

In fact, here is the best Swarovski branch in Rotterdam, and Ramie is undisputedly the best employee at Swarovski! He always helps me and deals in a wonderful and elegant manner and gives all his attention and focus to the customers, It is clear that he presents his work with love and also reflects a beautiful image of Swarovski.Therefore, I advise anyone who wants to buy from Swarovski to go directly to this branch only.And once again, Ramie is the best.
