Do not do business with this company. They lie and are rude. To many things to list. The owner is horrible and so is Dale. They made all kinds of promises and failed to do them. Then the salesman Dale got mad when we asked about it. Callled is liars

I have been out to this dealer several times actually looking for that elusive motorhome that has everything we need and much of what we want.They are extremely patient with us especially when we completely change what we are looking for after seeing what they have to offer and have never pressured us on anything at all.We have driven several units but it always seems to be something that comes up that you only get when you get behind the wheel that tells you if it’s really the right one for you.Horse power is a big deal to me and I also don’t want anything except a Cummings diesel.I won’t bad mouth some of the others here because many of them are also big strong engines but there are more places to get a Cummins repaired than any other engine.Just a quick note here because I’m a Mechanical Engineer and a: Motor is electric and an Engine is one that basically runs of a fuel of some kind including by the way Jet Engines.When someone asks what kind of Motor thr Motorhome has I tell them it doesn’t have a motor at all !!It has an “Engine” . Electric cars have “Motors” usually on each wheel and they are pure tourney which is why thy can go from zero to 65 miles and hour in just barely over 2 seconds.So Motors are electricEngines use a fuel of some type and generally have many moving parts unless it’s a jet engine in which case it just has one.Thank you letting me clear that up so your salesmen don’t make fools out of them selves like so many do.Just sayingThey do have some that I absolutely love but they were 45 footers and it’s need our experience that the only way to get a space at a nice park is to find about its length with that old line “Haven’t you ever saw a 40 foot tag axil before” ?? And sneak it in after dark and park your towed truck such that it covers the obvious !!!Any way their owner and sales people are always right there trying to answer all your questions but some times when they have a consignment one for sale it can be a little frustrating getting answers from the actual owner while you are actually looking through the unit.That’s to be expected at any of thr lots that take in a few consignments but I35 has a great selection of ones they own and can negotiate right them and there.Did I mention they also have great prices ?I completely trust them and have already have sent some of our friends there.This is the best place to buy a used motorhome hands down !!!They can also fix most anything unless it is a major overhaul in which case they are smart enough to wholesale it to someone else who doesn’t mind the head aches.Michael D Irvine

I, too, wish I could give zero! I listened to all their promises about consignments and it was a nightmare. This involved my $250k RV I had for sale. First, from day one, they listed my RV for way over the contractually agreed upon asking price. Next, like others reported on here, they call you back with a trade and want you to give your coach away so they can put more money in the trade-ins that they really want from consignments. They took it off the market and held it for over 2 weeks for a customer, claiming they had taken in the other customers trade, and executed all the documents with the new buyer, but never wanted me to come up there and sign any documents or pay me. I chased them down day after day, always getting a different story. After they would never pay me, I cancelled the consignment and went to pick up my RV. They sent out Josh and another goon that threatened physical violence against us if we wouldn't sign a document, then held us against our will. We had to call the Police just to be released from this place after being held against my will. Mike, the owner, was involved as well as about a half dozen of his staff. It's sad when RV and car dealers act like crooks and goons. I should have paid attention to all of the horrific reviews on Yelp and across the internet.

I would not recommend doing business with the service/parts departments at this dealership ever. They will keep you going round and round, blaming each other for not doing what is supposed to be done. We were promised so many things and then they would send us to Jay, who supposedly is part owner and over service. Then he would send us back to Bobby who is over parts. We would take our rv there with all the parts, we would get it back with some missing, promises never kept. This was one of the most frustrating businesses I've ever dealt with. RUN, do not walk away from this service/parts department. I think they think if they just ignore you long enough you will go away. Which we finally did. Worst experience of my life.

We bought a 5th wheel that was on consignment at I-35 RV over 2 months ago. First, I understand COVID has slowed normal processes down and if that were my only issue I would not be giving such a lengthy review. We made our purchase from out of state and the day we told the salesman (on the phone) we wanted the RV was the last we heard from him until we involved management. We later found out after having to call back multiple times and speaking directly to the manager (crystal) that he had gone a fishing trip and didn't bother to pass along our intent to purchase to anyone at the dealership to get the process going. Once we finally got the purchase agreement completed (2 weeks later), we were told to go ahead and schedule our driver (we had it shipped to us) to pick it up on a certain date. When the driver arrived that morning, the RV was not even ready and come to find out the black tank wasn't even empty! GROSS! Then, we waited for over 2 months for the title paperwork to get done so we could register the RV and after at least 5 phone calls from my husband to the finance guy (Kelly), we still don't have our title work. We keep getting told that things are slow and they are backed up. Finally my husband gets a hold of the title person (today) and she doesn't even have access to our file since she is working from home and we had to provide them with our original purchase agreement. This place is a nightmare to deal with and although we got a nice RV for a great price, I would not recommend them and will not do business with them again. In fact, the only reason they get two stars is because the RV itself is nice and the price was right and I feel that's a generous review.

I bought an rv from them about a year ago, really nice people. I've used the rv four times this year and I haven't had any issues. I brought it in for service a month ago and their techs were quick and professional.
