SERVICE VISIT

I have been a GM technician for 15 years and the way this dealership treats there customers is the worst I have ever seen over charge because the customer is deaf an they think they can get away with it this dealership treats there customers is the worst I have ever seen over charge because the customer is deaf an they think they can get away with it they brake additional parts and charge for what they broke because they are incapable of doing the job properly what a bunch of hacks they are what give mechanics a bad name if I broke something as I tech I fixed it or paid for it not tell the customer it was broken and make them pay for it but I also did the job correctly so things don’t get damaged what a complete bunch of hacks More

SERVICE VISIT

I was looking for a newer car to buy. I visited numerous car dealerships, all were very positive, but H&L Chevrolet was a cut above the rest by far. Every call was returned, every question answered promptly car dealerships, all were very positive, but H&L Chevrolet was a cut above the rest by far. Every call was returned, every question answered promptly. I live in Harrisburg, Pa., and because of COVID-19, I could not travel to Connecticut because of my occupation. H&L drove the car I wanted to buy to Pennsylvania. They drove 3.5 hours to deliver the car I wanted, then drove 3.5 hours back. Talk about above the call of duty! The salesman Lou was great to work with, he was very professional, and he was the one who drove the car to Pennsylvania. I give them an A+++ More

Just Plain Lousy I've owned cars for 50 years and have dealt with many dealers. These guys are the worst. They charged me $300 just to figure out what was wrong, and t I've owned cars for 50 years and have dealt with many dealers. These guys are the worst. They charged me $300 just to figure out what was wrong, and then quoted a ridiculous price to fix it. I called another dealer and they quoted me 1/3 the price for the same work. They were unfriendly and unhelpful. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience warranted it. More

beware not able to diagnose or fix problems don't bring anything that needs to actually be fixed, you will get overcharged, even get charged for them to tell you nothing is wrong and get charged don't bring anything that needs to actually be fixed, you will get overcharged, even get charged for them to tell you nothing is wrong and get charged to replace parts that have nothing wrong with them, all to get your car back with your problems unresolved.spent 1 week, hundreds of dollars to replace good parts that didn't fix the problem it was brought in for.spent 2nd week with the car to sitting in the parking lot to get worked on an hour or so and then get a not clear answer as to exactly what they determined the problem is. Now they say they think they know what the source of problem is and it will need at least another week, major disassembly of things you don't want anyone disassembling and 4,000 to 6,000 to repair? In the end they expect you to trust them with this type of major repair after basic diagnostics for parts they already replaced didn't seem to be performed and they are not really confidently sure of exact problem. If you want to ask questions, prepare for double talk and avoidance. More

STAY AWAY!!! I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this dealer. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve been to many dealerships and I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. I dropped my truck off in Augu could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve been to many dealerships and I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. I dropped my truck off in August and just picked it up December 12th... Meanwhile through this whole process it was very difficult to get in contact with the service department. I left multiple messages with the secretary and even on the service managers voicemail which I still never received phone calls back on the status of my truck. Today I went in to get a print out of my records on my vehicle and the service advisor told me he could not do it today with an attitude. When I asked why he said “I’m too busy”. After a couple minutes of arguing he went and got the manager, who I have to say was very unprofessional and used vulgar language. He told me it can not be done today and will email it to me Monday. Telling the service advisor to “get his f***** email”. Last time they informed me that they would email me, I never received the email. I had to go back in and get them to email me the documents when I was standing in front of them. I have had nothing but issues with the dealership and will never go back. As I was leaving the manager was even more unprofessional using profanity as I left. This is not the place to bring your car for service. I would go to any other surrounding Chevy dealers. More

SALES VISIT - USED

Went to the dealership for my 1st car. Meet with a Steve P. He showed me all the Certified Pre-owner cars. I test drove a 2014 Chevy Cruze. Car looked like is was brand new with only 25K mikes. I bought it P. He showed me all the Certified Pre-owner cars. I test drove a 2014 Chevy Cruze. Car looked like is was brand new with only 25K mikes. I bought it on the spot! Overall maintenance on 2015 camaro ss 1le I have had a few problems with my 2015 camaro. It started with a bad oil cooler that H&L changed out for a brand new one under factory warranty no pro I have had a few problems with my 2015 camaro. It started with a bad oil cooler that H&L changed out for a brand new one under factory warranty no problem. After that the car seams to be burning oil and the dealer is now taking all the correct procedures to ensure there is no engine damage. Najie and Andrew are hands down the best when it comes to customer service. Najie is also a beautiful human being. Really satisfied that i have found a dealership i can count on as i have had terrible experiences with other chevy dealerships. More
